  • 5-7 years of music industry experience required.
  • Major-label Release Planning/Project Management/Production experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized, discreet and meticulously detail oriented, with a natural ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Able to execute seamlessly in stressful and demanding situations, interfacing with a wide range of personalities.
  • Someone who exhibits grace under pressure: unflaggingly calm, positive and professional in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Self-confident and resourceful with the ability to anticipate potential snags and proactively work to put solutions in place.

Responsibilities
  • You will collaborate across a wide range of label departments.
  • You will help oversee delivery of RCA Records, Columbia Records and Epic Records digital releases.
  • You will help strategize and plan multi-format physical releases.
  • You will participate in a range of regularly scheduled collaborative cross-team, workability, product planning and strategy meetings.
  • You will join and contribute to ongoing system development, enhancement and implementation meetings and steering committees.
