Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in multimedia or live stream production (OBS, VMix, Streamlabs, Adobe Suite)
  • Strong podcast production skills (recording, editing, distribution)

Responsibilities
  • Plan, produce, and operate live streams on Twitch, YouTube, and Unity Learn (technical showcases, tutorials, MWU features)
  • Support the launch and ongoing production of a new, player focused podcast—including booking guests, prepping hosts, editing, distribution and metrics tracking
  • Manage technical workflows (OBS, VMix, Streamlabs, audio/video rigs) and troubleshoot live production issues
  • Partner with senior leadership on the MWU content calendar, ensuring developer and player-facing stories align with campaign priorities
  • Create highlight reels, social clips, and recap videos to extend the reach of streams and podcasts
  • Collaborate with influencers, developers, and community members to secure guests and co-create engaging programming
  • Handle scheduling, logistics, and cross-team coordination for MWU activations (streams, Unity Direct showcases, events)
  • Provide reporting and insights on content performance, audience growth, and engagement
  • Support Unity’s player awareness goals (Unity Rewards, Unity Lite preparation) by ensuring content resonates with both developers and gamers
