A Professional Engineering designation (P.Eng.) is required.
At least 6 years of experience in mechanical engineering for industrial, commercial, and/or institutional buildings is required.
Strong background knowledge in building design, with an emphasis on mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, is required.
Knowledge of applicable codes and standards, including the Canadian National Building Code and Ontario Building Code, is required.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
The ability to meet deadlines and successfully complete deliverables is required.
Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
