Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate flexibility by working with various age groups and adapting to diverse classroom needs.
• Bring creativity, energy, and enthusiasm to hands-on, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment where every child feels loved, valued, and supported.
• Plan, implement, and assess engaging lessons and activities that promote both spiritual and academic development.
• Observe, document, and communicate each child’s progress with parents and caregivers, building strong partnerships with families.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a unified, supportive learning community.
• Maintain classroom materials and spaces that are safe, clean, and well-organized.
• Uphold all state licensing standards and the policies and procedures of Concrete Christian Academy.

What Sets You Apart

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in early childhood education or a licensed childcare setting.
