As a Support Coordinator, you will be a critical safety net for the Investment Managers in one of our equities business units. You’ve built a career assisting others and know the level of attention this role demands. You’ve tested various ways to stay on top of your to-do list, and you’ve found an ideal method to ensure success. You are a master at creating backup plans and alternative options when unforeseen circumstances arise. You’re highly resourceful, composed, and empathetic. You have a way with people. You expertly leverage relationships to coordinate complicated calendars, prepare documents for meetings, make travel arrangements, and contribute to ad hoc projects.

You have 5+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple executives and senior leaders simultaneously. Financial services industry experience is preferred, but not required.
You know that visibility is critical and communicating priorities is paramount.
Your sense of urgency is consistent and dependable.
You have more patience than most people and you adapt your style according to the needs of your manager.
You take a collaborative, considerate, and thoughtful approach to everything you do.
You’re well-versed in the nuances and complications of booking global travel in Concur and managing complex travel arrangements for multiple executives simultaneously.
You’re an Outlook expert and have advanced Microsoft office skills overall. You’ve shown success in learning and adopting new technology and applications to make your day to day more efficient.
San Francisco Base Salary Range: $85,107-$136,171
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
