- An advanced degree or certification is preferred.
- Experience in a nursing leadership role in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- A visionary mindset focused on innovation and quality improvement is preferred.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care is preferred.
- Interest in the nursing needs of older adults and chronically ill patients, with the ability to work with both, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are preferred.
