Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and scalable applications on Kubernetes.
- Experience with messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ and Kafka for large-scale data streams and reliable service communication.
- Experience optimizing cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services, including Elastic Kubernetes Service, Elastic Compute Cloud, and Simple Storage Service.
- Experience implementing infrastructure as code with Terraform.
- Experience designing routing and Domain Name System solutions for distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Grafana and logging and alerting frameworks.
- Exposure to DevOps methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement best practices in cloud security and automation.
- Experience handling high-volume data alerts.
- Experience working on large projects in complex, fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable, resilient systems supporting high-volume data alerting.
- Orchestrate containerized workloads with Kubernetes to deploy and manage applications.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services using Elastic Kubernetes Service, Elastic Compute Cloud, and Simple Storage Service.
- Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform to automate provisioning and configuration.
- Design routing and Domain Name System solutions to ensure high availability and performance across distributed systems.
- Use RabbitMQ and Kafka to handle large-scale data streams and provide reliable communication between services.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines and improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and apply cloud security and automation best practices.
