Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the onboarding and offboarding of team members, including account setup, access provisioning, and hardware configuration.
  • Administer key systems and services, such as Email platforms, IDP, VPN solutions, and MDM tools.
  • Provide comprehensive device support for company devices, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and provide support for software, network, and user account issues to maintain productivity.
  • Maintain and manage office wifi, audio-visual systems and conference room technology to facilitate seamless meetings and connectivity.
  • Implement and uphold IT security policies and best practices to protect company data and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their IT needs, providing timely and efficient solutions.
  • Coordinate and work with the People and Cybersecurity teams to ensure IT processes align with organizational needs and security standards.
  • Assist with IT inventory management, including procurement, tracking, and maintenance of hardware and software assets.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the IT environment.
  • Document processes, procedures, and solutions to build a robust knowledge base for the IT team and end users.
