Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of relationships with Enterprise clients

  • Advise on marketing strategy, best practices, and feature functionality
  • Work with Sales, Solutions Architects, and New Product Specialists
  • Provide maximum value for clients and retain/grow revenue for Attentive
  • Forecast revenue and renewals, understand customer goals, and implement tailored success plans
  • Drive executive-level relationships and identify opportunities for product expansion
  • Lead and present at client meetings, analyze customer usage, and manage risk
