  • Experience in winning new business and growing an existing book of customer business in the SaaS enterprise segment
  • History of exceeding quota performance and account gross retention goals
  • Exceptional communicator and a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience winning large software and services deals within complex, multi-matrixed enterprise
  • Strong creativity, curiosity, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort in creative leverage and compelling incentive to successfully drive opportunities to close within a fiscal period
  • Experience with Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, Google Suite, Microsoft Office/Google Docs, and related productivity tools
Responsibilities
  • Developing, leading, and executing the territory strategy focused on achieving sales targets
  • New customer acquisition across UserTesting’s broad solution set, and growth within existing enterprise customers
  • Building and growing mutually-beneficial, long-term customer relationships
  • Delivering results, differentiating the company from the competition, and aligning the broad solution set to customer needs
  • Ensuring the most effective customer journey from new prospects through to satisfied, expanding, and renewing customers
