Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in a Medicine department at a hospital.
  • Be a member in good standing of the OIIQ with a valid license to practice.
  • Have current CPR certification for emergency situations.
Responsibilities
  • Assess the health status of hospitalized patients and provide rigorous clinical monitoring.
  • Plan, provide, and coordinate nursing care for patients admitted to Medicine or receiving post-surgical follow-up.
  • Administer medications and prescribed treatments according to current protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with the medical team to ensure continuity of care and prepare patients for discharge.
  • Respond effectively to clinical emergencies on the unit.
