Partner Upskilling Lead for Search

• Define the overarching enablement strategy and learning roadmap for a global product priority/area for your region by auditing partner, product and service delivery gaps, and determining priority capability areas and designing targeted learning to bridge skill gaps.
• Partner with regional delivery managers to deploy enablement programs, directly facilitating core product modules and workshops. Govern the partner certification process to ensure a sustainable, high-quality pipeline of product-ready agency and delivery partners.
• Partner closely with numerous teams, including gTech Ads, Product, Marketing and Sales counterparts, to design and deploy service package bundles for agencies on annual goals. Foster cross-functional relationships to build trust, manage expectations, and increase demand for our services.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team by leading projects that support the team’s distributed culture and large-scale internal operations.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 3 years of experience in program or project management.

• Experience working with global agency ecosystems.
• Experience working collaboratively and effectively across global teams and different cultural landscapes.
• Experience working in Google Ads products and media services.
• Effective communication, people management and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and executive leadership.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and execution skills.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills on ambiguous problems.

Agencies and partners are the primary users of Google's media platforms and those of competitors, influencing a disproportionate amount of Google's ad spend and playing a key role in buying decisions. gTech Ads has established a new Agency and Partners (gAP) organization with a mission to scale gTech's expert services by building a thriving and technically enabled third-party partner ecosystem.

The Upskilling team within this organization will be responsible for educating A&Ps on our media products and services, thus fueling scalable activation and business growth through coordinated partner education and product adoption.

Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa.
