Fidelity Bank deploys Candescent's Terafina for end-to-end digital account opening

Fidelity Bank has launched a new digital account opening system powered by Candescent's Terafina platform. The $1.2 billion-asset Louisiana community bank serves approximately 33,000 customers across 18 branches. The new system allows customers to complete the entire account opening process, from selection through funding, in a single session online or in branch. This replaces a previous manual, form-driven process that often resulted in incomplete applications. The platform supports both consumer and business account opening. Customers can now open accounts at any time without restarting if interrupted. Terafina's API-first architecture includes over 110 pre-built connectors, allowing Fidelity Bank to add products and integrations as needed. The launch supports Fidelity Bank's strategy to expand its digital presence whilst improving branch efficiency. Candescent serves over 1,300 banks and credit unions representing more than 30 million registered users.
