Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree with five years of relevant experience, a master's degree with three years of relevant experience, or a doctoral degree with no required experience is required.
  • An associate's degree with seven years of clearly related experience may be considered.
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field with substantial coursework in algorithms, data structures, programming languages, computer architecture, and mathematics is required.
  • Proficiency in Python and artificial intelligence/machine learning integration is required.
  • Experience with large language models, static analyzers, retrieval-augmented generation frameworks, and relational or vector databases is required.
  • Familiarity with Agile development and tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence is required.
  • Relevant experience across the software development lifecycle is required.
  • An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technical leadership to design, develop, and maintain large language model orchestration frameworks.
  • Integrate static analyzers, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and automated testing pipelines.
  • Clean, transform, and vectorize documentation, source code, and test artifacts for large language model consumption.
  • Design and implement database solutions supporting retrieval-augmented generation architectures, artifact storage, and audit trails.
  • Work with systems engineers to architect and deploy networked artificial intelligence tools within secure enclaves.
  • Perform performance profiling, optimization, and scalability analysis of mission systems.
  • Support security assessments and Authority to Operate activities.
