Requirements
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in Process Management
  • At least 1 year of experience in Relationship management
Responsibilities
  • Training and onboarding dealerships onto different programs, with follow-up meetings to ensure product and process understanding
  • Assisting in the creation of training and onboarding materials and processes for dealerships
  • Product and Process troubleshooting
  • Frequent visits to dealerships on our programs (80% travel)
  • Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
  • Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the Sales organization
