Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline is required; a master's degree is preferred, and four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
- Fifteen or more years of overall information technology program management experience are required.
- Ten or more years of experience managing Department of Defense or Federal information technology programs are required.
- Five or more years of experience managing cloud modernization, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or enterprise application modernization programs are required.
- Project Management Professional certification is required.
- Applicable certifications must be maintained, annual continuing education must be completed, and contract-specific cybersecurity awareness requirements must be met.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office software suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, are required.
- The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
- The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and good judgment, with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- The candidate must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time, and twist, bend, and squat periodically.
- The candidate must be able to maintain a Secret-level security clearance and must be a United States citizen for Secret clearance at this location.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single accountable leader for contract performance.
- Manage staffing, schedule, cost, quality, risk, subcontractor coordination, customer engagement, and delivery across cloud assessment, migration, continuous development, and cybersecurity task areas.
- Ensure Agile execution, measurable performance, and timely issue resolution.
Desired Qualifications
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification is preferred.
- Agile or Scaled Agile Framework certification is preferred.
- A master's degree is preferred.
- Top Secret security clearance is preferred.
