Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • New lawyers get a defined support structure: ALG assigns newly barred associates a senior associate and paralegal support.
  • Senior litigators gain leadership scope: ALG includes trial leadership and supervision of junior attorneys in its senior associate role.
  • A degree is optional for hearing representatives: ALG lists $28-$37 hourly pay and prefers, rather than requires, a bachelor's.

What critics are saying

  • Transcript attorneys face repetitive volume: ALG requires a steady review queue and detailed billable-time tracking.
  • Remote hearing work has geographic limits: ALG requires California residency and lists possible travel to assigned hearing locations.
  • Senior litigation duties extend beyond cases: ALG includes client pitches, industry presentations and networking alongside courtroom responsibilities.

What makes Abramson Labor Group unique

  • Multilingual intake reaches more workers: ALG serves clients in English and Spanish, with Armenian intake available.
  • Case stages have dedicated leadership: ALG names separate pre-litigation and client-support department managers.
  • Attorney work is segmented: ALG advertises a transcript-review position that neither takes nor defends depositions.
