- Administer Family and Medical Leave Act and leave-of-absence programs confidentially.
- Help employees understand and enroll in benefit programs.
- Process and audit payroll data, including overtime, absences, and time off.
- Maintain accurate and compliant personnel files.
- Track attendance and administer progression increases for hourly employees.
- Coordinate performance review schedules for the management team.
- Manage equipment inventory and distribution.
- Support the internal job bid process.
- Handle general office duties, including data entry, filing, and phone support.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Partner with hiring managers to review applications and conduct interviews.
- Coordinate background checks and pre-employment physicals.
- Extend job offers and guide new hires through their first days.
- Create welcoming orientation experiences for new hires.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Previous Human Resources experience is preferred; payroll or similar office experience may be considered in lieu.
- A minimum of two years of college is preferred.
