Requirements
  • At least one year of successful experience as a wealth management advisor, including at least six months selling financial products.
  • Bac+3 to Bac+5 education, ideally in finance, wealth management, banking, or an equivalent field.
  • Level 1 Insurance Intermediary qualification (IAS).
  • Level 3 Insurance and Banking Intermediary qualification for real-estate credit (IOBSP).
  • Certification from the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), issued by an approved organization.
  • Financial Investment Advisor qualification (CIF).
  • A valid category B driver's license.
  • Active listening, empathy, and relationship-building ability for developing lasting client relationships.
  • Rigor, confidentiality, and the ability to explain technical subjects clearly.
  • Commercial orientation, autonomy, commitment, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a profitable portfolio of individual clients, including self-employed professionals and shopkeepers, and legal entities with fewer than 10 employees.
  • Implement the company’s commercial policy while complying with rules of compliance, professional conduct, and ethics.
  • Prospect within the target defined by the company’s strategy and develop the commercial activity of assigned individual clients.
  • Maintain and update client files using the tools provided by the company.
  • Perform economic, civil, tax, and inheritance analyses of clients’ assets.
  • Advise clients on determining a wealth-management strategy that addresses their objectives, needs, and personal management criteria.
  • Propose multiple suitable solutions addressing clients’ objectives and needs, consulting experts when necessary.
  • Meet the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the applicable agreement and communicated by the Wealth Management Manager or Agency Director.
