職務概要

プロジェクトマネージャーとして、顧客プロジェクトの立ち上げから完了まで一貫して担当していただきます。国内外の部門横断チームをまとめ、顧客との信頼関係を構築しながら、スコープ、スケジュール、コスト、品質、リスクを総合的に管理し、プロジェクトを成功へ導くポジションです。

主な職務内容

• プロジェクトの立ち上げから完了まで、プロジェクトライフサイクル全体のリード
• プロジェクトのスコープ、スケジュール、コスト、品質、リスク、リソース、成果物の管理
• ドイツやインドを含む国内外の関係部門との連携、地域・機能をまたぐ部門横断チームのリード
• 顧客および社内外のステークホルダーとの関係構築。進捗、課題、リスクおよび意思決定事項の共有
• プロジェクト上のリスク・課題の特定、必要な対策と意思決定の促進
• プロジェクトの受注活動、価格交渉、調達のリード、および秘密保持契約（NDA）、NPI、見積書、発注書、請求書などの商務関連文書の作成・管理
• 社内規程、顧客要求および業界基準に準拠したプロジェクト遂行

Position Overview

Join us as a Project Manager and take ownership of customer projects from initiation through successful completion. You will bring together international, cross-functional teams, build trusted customer relationships, and balance scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk to deliver strong project outcomes. 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities 

• Lead customer projects across the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure. 

• Develop and maintain the project charter, project management plan, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and required project documentation. 

• Direct and control project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, resources, dependencies, and deliverables. 

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams across regions, including collaboration with colleagues in e.g. Germany and India. 

• Manage internal and external stakeholders, providing clear communication on project status, milestones, risks, decisions, and deliverables. 

• Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation measures and facilitating timely decision-making. 

• Monitor project performance using established metrics and KPIs, and provide transparent reporting to customers, stakeholders, and leadership. 

• Build strong customer relationships, align delivery with customer requirements, and actively support customer satisfaction. 

• Lead project acquisition activities and price negotiations, and manage project-related procurement. 

• Prepare and manage commercial documentation, including NDAs, NPIs, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices. 

• Ensure project execution complies with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable industry standards. 

Qualifications

• 技術、エンジニアリング、製造、自動車、またはこれらに類する業界における、3年以上の顧客向けプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• スケジュール、予算、リソース、リスクおよび成果物を含む、部門横断プロジェクトの管理経験
• 複数の優先事項の整理、課題を分析し実行可能な対策を推進できること
• 顧客、社内関係者および経営層と円滑に調整、コミュニケーションできること
• 日本の顧客との業務経験があること
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力・英語力
• 多文化・グローバルな環境において、多様な関係者と協働し、自律的かつ主体的に業務を推進できること

歓迎要件

• 先進運転支援システム（ADAS）または自動運転領域での実務経験
• Project Management Professional（PMP）または同等のプロジェクトマネジメント資格
• Planisware、Jira、または同等のプロジェクト管理ツールの使用経験
• プロジェクトの状況に応じて、国内外への出張あり（勤務時間の10％未満を想定）

Required Qualifications 

• Three or more years of project management experience in a customer-facing technical, engineering, manufacturing, automotive, or comparable business environment. 

• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with responsibility for customer deliverables, budgets, resources, schedules, and execution. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience identifying project risks and implementing practical solutions. 

• Proactive working style with strong written and verbal communication skills for customers, stakeholders, and leadership. 

• Experience working with Japanese customers. 

• Business-level Japanese and English for effective communication with customers and project stakeholders. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. 

• Positive mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural, global environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in driver assistance or autonomous driving. 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent qualification. 

• Experience with project management tools such as Planisware, Jira, or comparable platforms. 

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for project-related meetings, depending on project needs, typically less than 10%.
