Requirements

  • Experience in cleaning is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards are required.
  • Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks, including cleaning, carrying loads, and moving equipment, are required.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
  • A Category B driving licence is required.
  • English is required.
  • Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks for most of the shift, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stretching, and repetitive movements, is required.
  • Comfort working inside vehicles in confined spaces and on elevated surfaces, as well as outdoors around the fleet, is required.
  • Ability to lift, move, or carry cleaning equipment and supplies weighing up to 15 kg is required.
  • Safe use of cleaning products and chemicals, including disinfectants, detergents, stain removers, glass cleaners, and surface treatments, is required; training is provided.
  • Compliance with company safety instructions when handling chemicals is required.
  • Comfort working in varying temperatures and weather conditions while washing or preparing vehicles outdoors is required.
  • Ability to maintain cleaning quality and speed during high-volume operations and peak season is required.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and seasonal peak periods is required.
  • Ability to adapt to last-minute operational needs, such as urgent vehicle rotations or additional cleaning tasks, is required.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of vehicles to meet hygiene and presentation standards.
  • Prepare campervans with required kits, bedding, and optional equipment so they are ready for reservations and check-in/check-out processes.
  • Inspect returned vehicles for cleanliness, missing items, and possible damage, and report issues for follow-up.
  • Manage inventory and consumables, including receiving, storing, and organizing supplies, and report shortages or damage.
  • Support depot logistics, keep cleaning areas organized, move vehicles, and assist with operational needs during busy periods.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, warehousing, housekeeping, or operations is appreciated.
  • Proficiency in the local language, where applicable, is appreciated.
