Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Three years of experience in knowledge management, records management, information management, or business process improvement are required.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, is required.
  • An active Secret (Tier 3) security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement knowledge-management strategies to capture, organize, and share organizational information.
  • Create and maintain centralized knowledge repositories, ensuring information is accurate, current, and easily accessible.
  • Establish and maintain taxonomy standards for organizing and retrieving information.
  • Document best practices, lessons learned, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assess knowledge-management needs and recommend tools and process improvements.
  • Support integration of knowledge-management practices into daily operations.
  • Develop and deliver training on knowledge-management tools and best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and other knowledge-sharing events.
  • Develop metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of knowledge-management initiatives.
  • Research and implement new technologies to improve information accessibility and collaboration.
  • Provide user support for information retrieval and knowledge-management systems.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense or federal government organizations.
  • Experience developing taxonomy structures, knowledge repositories, or collaboration portals.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint administration, Power Platform, or other knowledge-management technologies.
