Responsibilities
  • Works collaboratively with internal teams to ensure high quality products are delivered to customers
  • Contributes to the quality control of reporting
  • Helps to coordinate and project manage collaboration with the delivery organization and commercial teams
  • Plays a key role in responding to time-sensitive questions/queries related to the client program and maintains proactive communication with the client between service reviews
  • Supports client communications during account and project ramp-up, including taking necessary briefs and appropriate client training
  • Helps prepare for client presentations by supporting scripting on findings and recommendations
