Requirements
  • Completed MTS qualification in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (WTB).
  • Additional certifications such as STEK, F-gases, and VCA.
  • Experience in installation technology, preferably in refrigeration technology.
  • Knowledge of service and maintenance work.
  • Experience with or affinity for refrigeration and heating control programs is preferred.
  • Good information technology skills.
  • Category B driver's license.
  • Excellent command of Dutch; English is preferred.
  • Analytical problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work under stress and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer focus and communication ability.
  • Results-oriented, accurate, and structured working style.
  • Teamwork and coaching skills.
  • Strong technical capability and continuous improvement focus.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support during the preparation, execution, and commissioning of installations.
  • Program, test, and commission installations according to agreed configurations.
  • Resolve complex faults and guide commissioning and handover to the service organization.
  • Monitor progress and deadlines and contribute to process improvements.
  • Provide technical direction, guidance, and coaching to technicians, including apprentices, and subcontractors.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and contribute to high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate administration and comply with EH&S and compliance guidelines.
