Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or possessing equivalent relevant experience or projects.
  • Interest in or coursework/exposure to Agile and Lean product development, including the Product Owner role.
  • Ability to synthesize written and verbal input into concise, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Comfort using approved artificial intelligence tools with sound judgment and discretion, including protecting confidential information and following privacy and security guidance.
  • Ability to collaborate, communicate, maintain attention to detail, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Support backlog refinement by organizing items, drafting summaries, and helping maintain prioritization with the Product Owner.
  • Draft and refine user stories and acceptance criteria with the Product Owner and Product Manager to align with product vision and strategy.
  • Help gather and analyze requirements, using approved artificial intelligence tools to accelerate creation of product artifacts with human review and validation.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives, and take ownership of assigned analysis, testing support, and documentation deliverables.
  • Support validation and testing by helping plan and track user acceptance testing, validating sprint outcomes against acceptance criteria, and documenting feedback and next steps.
  • Collaborate across product, technology, and governance functions to evaluate needs, document requirements, and execute change through the software development lifecycle.

Juniper Square and Nasdaq launch AI-powered Capital Intelligence for private markets fundraising

Juniper Square has launched Capital Intelligence, an AI-powered tool for private markets investor relations teams. The product integrates Nasdaq eVestment Market Lens data directly into Juniper Square's CRM system. Capital Intelligence provides access to institutional investment intelligence covering over 30,000 institutional firms, 70,000 mandates, and 100,000 key professionals. The tool automatically updates investor and consultant records, combining relationship data with insights like pacing plans and allocation trends. The launch follows Juniper Square's release of Headless GPX in June and its Fay AI agent in July. Juniper Square serves over 2,300 private markets general partners globally, with more than $1 trillion in limited partner capital managed through its platform. Firms with existing Nasdaq eVestment Market Lens subscriptions can connect them to the new tool.

Nasdaq partners with Stablecore to track crypto crime across $2.4T digital asset market

Nasdaq's Verafin unit partnered with Stablecore on 15 September to integrate traditional banking data with digital asset activity in a single financial crime detection platform. The system addresses a compliance gap as criminals move money between bank accounts and cryptocurrency to cover their tracks. Stablecore enables banks and credit unions to offer stablecoins without rebuilding infrastructure. Its transaction data now flows into Nasdaq Verafin, merging with banks' customer records. The digital asset market Stablecore serves has grown to approximately $2.4 trillion, more than double its late 2022 levels. Amarillo National Bank is testing the beta version. Broader rollout to mutual customers is planned for fourth quarter 2026 and first quarter 2027. Nasdaq's Financial Technology segment revenue grew 16% year over year to $539 million in second quarter 2026.

Kaiko receives lead investment from S&P Global, raising a total financing scale of $110 million

Kaiko, a data service provider in the cryptocurrency market, has received leading investment from S&P Global, increasing its total financing to $110 million, DRW Holdings、Susquehanna、 Royal Bank of Canada, NASDAQ, BNP Paribas, BpiFrance, Broadridge, Canton Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, and Stellar will participate, and Kaiko will use the financing to develop new products and services.

Nasdaq Q2 revenues hit $1.5B, beating estimates by 3% as financial exchanges stock group rises 4.9%

Nasdaq reported second-quarter revenues of $1.5 billion, up 14.9% year on year and exceeding analyst expectations by 3%. The company also beat EBITDA and earnings per share estimates. The stock rose 3.6% following the results and currently trades at $94.14. The performance came as part of a satisfactory quarter for the financial exchanges and data sector overall. The 10 companies tracked in the sector beat consensus revenue estimates by 1.6% on average. Share prices across the group have risen 4.9% on average since reporting earnings. Morningstar delivered the strongest second-quarter results in the sector, posting revenues of $663.2 million, up 9.6% year on year and surpassing expectations by 2.2%. S&P Global recorded the weakest performance in the group.

Nasdaq invests $100M in Kraken parent at $21B valuation to expand tokenised stock trading

Nasdaq has invested $100 million in Payward, Kraken's parent company, at a $21 billion valuation. The investment from Nasdaq's venture arm expands on a partnership announced in March. The deal will see Kraken distribute Nasdaq's tokenised stocks on its platform, allowing customers to own Nasdaq-listed stocks. The collaboration builds on Nasdaq's infrastructure supporting stock trading in tokenised form. The investment details have not been publicly announced. Nasdaq is working to develop systems that enable traditional securities to be traded using blockchain technology, whilst Kraken continues expanding its cryptocurrency exchange services into traditional financial markets.
