This position is a hybrid role open to candidates in the greater Tampa Bay area. This position will require the intern to work in our Clearwater, FL office 3 days a week.
Dates of Program: May 20 - August 9, 2024 (12 weeks)

QA Content Review Specialist works on exciting products for KnowBe4’s customers. While you need to understand reasonable software security practices, you do not need to have a background in information security. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled with language and visual content, as well as be able to spot errors and see that they get fixed. The individual in this role will help edit and maintain courseware standards, style guide, and glossary where you will work together with other testers, engineers and eLearning developers in a fast-paced, agile development environment creating excellent and fun eLearning assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality check online eLearning modules and provides feedback and training to courseware staff
- Provide quality control review of web-based content
- Review and edit course scripts, descriptions, storyboards, and other deliverables
- Review graphics/art department deliverables as to quality and adherence to storyboard dictates
- Provide feedback in a collaborative way that helps to make all of the departments in courseware better
- Understands web accessibility and reviews for accessible standards and best practices (ADA/508)
Learning Objectives:
- Learn to test content with JAWS
- Learn to test content with Mac Voiceover
- Learn to test content with NVDA
- Learn to proofread storyboards and edit for understandability and flow

Training:
- Training on storyboard editing, graphics quality assurance and screen reader testing
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Working towards B.A. in English (or comparable life/work experience)
Education:
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal including proper use of grammar and spelling
- Highly skilled with computers and able to get around a cloud-based directory
- Able to correct others with grace while, at the same time, encouraging them to continue to reach for mastery
