Peters Ice Cream launches Lotus Biscoff frozen range in 2 formats.

Peters Ice Cream launches Lotus Biscoff frozen range in 2 formats. Peters Ice Cream partnered with Belgian brand Lotus Bakeries in September 2026 on a co-branded frozen dessert line in Australia. The rollout covers two initial formats. Both lines combine the speculoos biscuit brand with frozen dairy to contest freezer space in supermarkets and convenience outlets. Two formats for Australian freezers. The range includes the Biscoff Sandwich and a 425ml tub. In the sandwich, Biscoff-flavoured frozen dessert sits between two whole biscuits. The tub blends a frozen base with biscuit pieces and Biscoff spread. Dessert makers increasingly turn to co-branding to secure retail distribution quickly. It bypasses years of building flavour equity from scratch. For Peters, Lotus Bakeries brings established recognition from bakery aisles to drive impulse purchases in the freezer. Rivalry in the premium freezer aisle. This deal pits Peters against Unilever and private-label rivals selling licensed snack flavours in Australian grocery aisles. Freezer space is tight. Supermarket buyers regularly drop slow-moving stock keeping units to make room for high-turnover co-branded products. Lotus Bakeries expands its Asia-Pacific freezer reach via local manufacturing deals. Brand licensing lets the Belgian baker step outside ambient biscuit aisles. It avoids building regional cold-chain plants. Prior brand crossovers. Earlier crossover projects paired Peters' Maxibon label with heritage confectionery and ice cream flavours to gauge demand before full production runs. The Lotus partnership expands that strategy into year-round tub and sandwich sales rather than seasonal novelty releases. Supermarket buyers are tracking early sell-through rates on the 425ml tub format as grocers finalise upcoming summer freezer planograms. Questions & answers. Q. Unilever launches extravagant Axe holder to mock luxury fragrance packaging.

Unilever launches extravagant Axe holder to mock luxury fragrance packaging. Holding a standard Axe body spray can, Lynx in the UK, the holder amplifies luxury fragrance bottle visuals into an ornate, oversized, and entirely unnecessary form. Published September 29, 2026 UK - Unilever and LOLA Madrid have revealed The Axe Holder, a deliberately extravagant bottle designed to contain a standard can of Axe body spray while exaggerating the visual language of luxury fragrance packaging. The Axe Holder is designed to contain a standard can of Axe body spray, known as Lynx in the United Kingdom, while exaggerating the visual language of luxury fragrance bottles in an ornate, oversized and completely unnecessary format. The campaign pokes fun at consumers for judging a fragrance by its packaging and price before its scent, encouraging them to take a closer look at the product itself, which remains unchanged. Caroline Gregory, global brand director for Axe and Lynx at Unilever, said the brands had always had a sense of humour but that fragrance was something the company took seriously. She noted that the joke only worked because the product could back it up, adding that blind tests showed the company's fragrances could perform as well as, or better than, products retailing for around £350 (USD 470). She said the holder allowed the brand to make that point in a way that felt true to the brand. Tomás Ostiglia, chief creative officer at LOLA Madrid, said the holder was a completely unnecessary and very fancy accessory, which was exactly the point. He explained that the agency was having fun with all the things the fragrance world says are needed to make something feel premium. He added that many people did not realise the perfumers behind Axe and Lynx also created some of the world's most expensive fragrances, so the intention was for the outside of the can to catch up with what was already inside. The Axe Holder and Lynx Holder will launch across the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Mexico, Canada, Argentina and other markets this month, available through selected online purchases of Axe or Lynx products. The campaign reflects broader experimentation in packaging as a marketing channel, where limited-edition formats drive engagement and basket value without reformulating the core product. Earlier this year, Unilever participated in a brand collaboration between Hellmann's Brazil and the National Basketball Association, displaying team mascots on squeezy bottles of eight trend-led mayonnaise variants, which reportedly led to a 227 percent increase in Amazon sales during the NBA Finals activations. PepsiCo and Unilever raise dividends as inflation pressures mount

Unilever showed underlying sales growth of 4.8% in the first half of 2026, driven mostly by volume, with an underlying operating margin of 20.3%. The board raised the quarterly dividend by 3% versus second-quarter 2025 to €0.4664 per share and completed a €1.5 billion share buyback earlier in the year. The company sells home and personal-care products that people use daily. Its dividend is supported by products that remain in demand across different market conditions. PepsiCo declared a quarterly dividend of $1.48 per share in July, a 4% increase, marking 54 consecutive years of annual dividend growth. The company is rolling out functional snacks, better-for-you beverages, and new mixing centres to lower delivery costs by integrating its snack and beverage distribution networks.
