Requirements
  • Bachelors degree preferably in Marketing, Technology or related field or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training
  • 5-7+ years’ experience in media advertising with a focus on technology
  • Expertise in ad technology – data backbones, clean rooms, measurement, CDP, digital product, etc
  • Big company experience a plus when it comes to navigating and influencing
  • Strong analytical skills & comfort with getting your “hands dirty” diving deep into the projects alongside Digital Product and Data Science professionals
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including building persuasive presentations to advocate for advancement in the marketing tech space
  • Proven track record of working highly-collaboratively and cross-functionally, including with various marketing subject areas, data and technical teams
  • Great teammate. Positive mentality. Ability to rapidly learn new things.
Responsibilities
  • Orchestrating the advancement of our MarTech infrastructure, develop plans and build relationships necessary to implement across external agencies, 3rd party partners, media partners, and internal MarTech product teams
  • Actively finding opportunities where Martech can most powerfully impact the effectiveness of our media program and partner to enable smart and timely implementation
  • Project and program management
  • Participating in the creation of robust test & learn agendas to test advancements
  • Working across teams to estimate impact and prioritize tech projects
  • Partnering deeply with our media agencies and Nike Tech to advance proprietary products/applications
  • Staying current with and share industry trends and best practices and continuously refining strategies as tools, methods, privacy evolves
  • Partnering across teams to ensure alignment and proper instrumentation/implementation, looping in experts as needed
  • Cross-sharing across company to ensure successes scale to other relevant areas/Geos
  • Serving as subject matter expert and key point of contact for our team in this space
