About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis is required.
- Experience developing financial models, dashboards, and executive-level reporting is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate data into actionable insights, are required.
- Experience supporting operational leaders and managing cross-functional financial projects is required.
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools to support information technology troubleshooting, ticket routing, or documentation is required.
- Ability to automate repetitive information technology support processes is required.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and expense management processes across the organization.
- Create and maintain financial dashboards, productivity metrics, profitability analyses, and executive reporting.
- Partner with department leaders to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Lead financial process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, visibility, and accountability.
- Support vendor analysis, contract reviews, capital expenditure planning, and business case development.
- Manage cross-functional projects, system enhancements, and financial transformation initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic operational partner to leadership by providing actionable financial insights and recommendations.
- Develop artificial intelligence-assisted forecasting models to improve budget accuracy and financial planning.
- Automate recurring financial reporting, board reports, and departmental scorecards.
- Use artificial intelligence tools to identify spending trends, anomalies, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement workflow automation for approvals, budget requests, vendor management, and financial data collection.
