American Iron and Metal

View

American Iron & Metal (AIM) recycles ferrous and non-ferrous scrap into metal products for industrial markets, alongside auto-parts sales and vehicle recycling. Its divisions also provide demolition, decommissioning, site remediation, and construction-waste recovery services. It sources scrap from manufacturers, other industrial businesses, and the public, who can deliver it to AIM facilities, and sells recovered metals to customers worldwide. The product range includes processed aluminum and copper pieces, and its divisions share resources and expertise across different stages of material recovery. Founded in Montreal in 1936, the family-run parent company says its head office is in Montreal, Quebec.

  • Crane operators carry safety responsibilities: AIM's roles combine loading and unloading with daily equipment inspections.

What makes American Iron and Metal unique
