About the Job

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of product development and management experience with X86 and RISC products.
  • Familiarity with SAP, PLA, and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with successful cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and analyze emerging industry trends, promote market innovation, and define target markets, product specifications, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and execute new-product marketing plans, collaborating with regional sales teams to increase product visibility and market share.
  • Manage schedules throughout the new product introduction (NPI) process and proactively resolve challenges during research, development, and pilot production to ensure timely product launches.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure objectives are achieved on schedule.
  • Manage and track requests for new-product samples, ensuring timely coordination and delivery.
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis and profit forecasts, maintain supplier relationships, and continuously optimize costs and product profitability.
