Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent engineering/science field.
  • Background with Oracle Fusion SaaS applications and Oracle Analytics Cloud, FAW/FDI, or Oracle Analytics Server.
  • Hands-on experience with OBIEE 12c, BI Applications, ODI, and databases version 19c or above.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze functional and operational issues reported by customers in their Oracle Analytics Cloud and data warehouse environments and provide timely solutions or workarounds.
  • Interact with customer implementation teams and provide guidance on Oracle product best practices.
  • Assist with developing customer solutions before implementation and address customer questions and concerns about Oracle OACS/Fusion Data Intelligence functionality after implementation and during ongoing maintenance.
  • Perform root-cause analyses and recommend actions to customers to help prevent similar issues.
  • Collaborate with internal Oracle partners and customer-side partners for successful delivery.
  • Manage customer relationships.
  • Work with remote, geographically distributed customers to build analytics solutions.
  • Own and drive key end-to-end products or services while remaining technically hands-on.
  • Ensure customer success by delivering enhancements and bug fixes as needed.
  • Monitor ODI and OCI Data Integration and address failures quickly to keep analytics data current, as well as monitor OBIEE agents and report jobs.
  • Work with internal and external partners to gather requirements and design complex business application extensions and data integration solutions.
