Healthee, an AI-powered benefits navigation platform, has launched Zoe for HR, an AI analytics assistant designed for HR and benefits leaders. The tool enables teams to ask questions about benefits engagement, utilisation and healthcare spend in plain language and receive immediate insights. It has already processed over 950,000 procedures, saving patients $365 million. Healthee launches AI-powered claims analytics to help self-insured employers cut healthcare costs

Healthee, an AI-powered benefits navigation platform, has announced the upcoming launch of AI-powered Claims Analytics. The new feature enables self-insured employers and advisors to analyse claims data through conversational queries via Zoe, the company's AI assistant. The tool transforms static claims reporting into continuous monitoring, allowing HR and benefits managers to ask plain-language questions about cost drivers, utilisation trends and plan design gaps. Zoe proactively surfaces emerging trends, benchmarks plan performance and identifies optimisation opportunities before costs escalate. Unlike traditional analytics platforms that explain historical data, Claims Analytics connects insights directly to member navigation and enables employers to activate targeted solutions mid-year. The feature will be available within Healthee Pulse, the company's employee benefits management hub, in 2026.
