Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional experience in software development/engineering
  • 5+ years of engineering management experience
  • Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design and data structures
  • Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis
  • Knowledge of best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations
  • Experience with distributed computing and enterprise-wide systems
  • Experience recruiting, hiring and managing a team
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Responsibilities
  • Directly manage and scale a team(s) responsible for delivering foundational building blocks of next generation warehouse management systems
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership to solve complex problems and make right architecture decisions
  • Partner with product, program management stakeholders, and other engineering leaders to build and deliver the roadmap of your teams
  • Set up the right practices for delivering high quality software and mechanisms to keep stakeholders updated
  • Build and grow the team via hiring and mentoring
  • Recruiting and coaching, customer-centric, and delivering results
