- Be able to manage multiple administrative tasks and deadlines.

- Process and record incoming invoices.
- Maintain the invoice master list and recap monthly costs.
- Update access card and ID card records as needed.
- Coordinate SIM card requests and system access for new employees.
- Provide general support to the FCM team and assist employee needs.
- Inspect and restock the First Aid Box in the pantry weekly.
- Conduct stock opname and place orders for stationery and pantry supplies monthly.
- Request and manage Telkomsel billing monthly.
- Collect and submit attendance sheets for office staff and drivers to the respective agencies monthly.
- Update maintenance schedules and inspect safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and emergency exits, monthly.
- Experience in general office administration or support roles is an advantage.
