Our aerospace customer is looking for an experienced First Article Inspector for a 3 month contract in Harlow, Essex.

Pay rate: £32 per hour

Job Description:

Third Party First Article Inspection Report Engineering services mayinclude, but not be limited to:First Article Inspection Report preparationBallooning of drawingsFirst Article Inspection Report compilationFirst Article Inspection Report validation

Dimensional verification of parts

Required Experience:

Demonstrate an understanding and use of AS9102 current revisionsDemonstrate knowledge of interpreting engineering drawings, CMM data, digital product definition interpretationDemonstrate knowledge of geometric, dimensioning and toleranceDemonstrate evidence of more than 2-years in the last 5-years of aerospace experience and poses experience of working within an engineering environment for a minimum of 3 years

Demonstrate a working knowledge of Visual FAIR, specifically in the preparation of FAIRs, including the ballooning drawings.

Qualifications
