Requirements

The candidate should wish to prepare a master's degree in human resources.
The candidate should be attracted to the healthcare sector.
The candidate should have strong writing skills and mastery of the French language.
The candidate should be empathetic, have a strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills, be proactive and able to prioritize, and be curious.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day human resources activities, including payroll, contracts, medical examinations, and training follow-up, and take responsibility for recruitment.
Participate in developing the establishment's external communication and employer brand.
Participate in work meetings and various institutional bodies, including management committee, CVS, CHSCT, and team meetings.
Participate in the establishment's administrative and financial management and provide regular follow-up, including monitoring budgets and financing.

Desired Qualifications

A first experience in a clinic or another healthcare facility would be an advantage.

Missions :

Notre entreprise collaboratrice, acteur hospitalier de référence en France, recrute un assistant de direction pour son établissement de Salon de Provence.

Voici la liste de vos futures responsabilités :

Vous intervenez dans la gestion courante des ressources humaines (paie, contrats, visites médicales, suivi des formations, …) et vous avez la charge du recrutement

Vous participez au développement de la communication externe et marque employeur de l'établissement

Vous prenez part aux réunions de travail et aux différentes instances (réunions CODIR, CVS, CHSCT, réunions d’équipe, …),

Vous prenez part de la gestion administrative et financière de l’établissement et en assure un suivi régulier (suivi des budgets et des financements, …

Ces missions en entreprise seront complétées par la formation au sein du Mastère Manager en Ressources Humaines de l’ESGAIX.

Profil :

Vous souhaitez préparer un mastère en ressources humaine.

Compétences :

Attiré(e) par le secteur sanitaire
Une première expérience en clinique ou autre établissement sanitaire serait un plus
Qualité rédactionnelle et maitrise de la langue française
