About the job
- The candidate should wish to prepare a master's degree in human resources.
- The candidate should be attracted to the healthcare sector.
- The candidate should have strong writing skills and mastery of the French language.
- The candidate should be empathetic, have a strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills, be proactive and able to prioritize, and be curious.
- Manage day-to-day human resources activities, including payroll, contracts, medical examinations, and training follow-up, and take responsibility for recruitment.
- Participate in developing the establishment's external communication and employer brand.
- Participate in work meetings and various institutional bodies, including management committee, CVS, CHSCT, and team meetings.
- Participate in the establishment's administrative and financial management and provide regular follow-up, including monitoring budgets and financing.
- A first experience in a clinic or another healthcare facility would be an advantage.
