  • 3+ years experience as a Video Editor for video and photos, ideally for consumer brands
  • Experience with a wide variety of paid video ad content: Commercials, Product Launch Videos, UGC and Mash Ups.
  • Skilled and well-versed in best practices across all social media platforms including YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. (Broadcast is a plus)
  • Expertise in Adobe is required
  • Thorough understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of creativity
  • Proven track record in working cross-functionally to create best in class content for various online and social media platforms
  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed in your work with a bias towards action and a willingness to take on tasks no matter how big or small

Responsibilities
  • Edit and enhance video content for social media platforms, with an emphasis on performance driven paid video ads.
  • Prepare edited content for publishing, ensuring it meets platform requirements and is ready for scheduling posts at optimal times.
  • Review to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to Cirkul's standard.
  • Identify and correct grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and any other issues that may impact the quality of the content.
  • Optimize content for different social media channels, considering platform-specific best practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in social media and incorporate innovative editing techniques to enhance content.
  • Work closely with the creative team, marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to develop compelling and cohesive social media campaigns.
  • Monitor post-performance metrics and collaborate with key partners and team members to refine future content strategies.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our target audiences through engaging and shareable content.
