  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required)
  • 7+ years experience in accounting and finance
  • 5+ years in an accounting leadership role
  • 2+ years public accounting experience at a national or regional firm
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, including ASC 606, ASC 842, and multi-entity consolidation
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Oracle, or similar)

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all Accounting and Treasury functions
  • Oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP
  • Partner cross-functionally to provide financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Optimize accounting processes and reporting systems to support a scaling business
  • Lead multi-entity consolidations and manage global accounting operations
  • Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, including ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition) and ASC 842 (Leases)
  • Manage internal and external audits, serving as the primary point of contact with external auditors
  • Ensure compliance with debt and lending covenant requirements
  • Establish and create Company accounting policies and procedures
  • Lead and mentor accounting staff, including offshore team
  • Drive continuous improvements in accounting technology, including ERP/CRM integrations and automation
