Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, technical/product enablement, or curriculum management, with a strong background in working with technical concepts.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
  • Demonstrated history of coaching and mentoring colleagues around key role elements, setting clear performance objectives and conducting performance feedback conversations.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development principles and instructional design methodologies for technical training programs.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communicator: you make the complex simple.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality training programs while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of training programs, use feedback and performance data, and make informed improvements.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of technical training programs, ensuring they align with business objectives and meet the needs of the team.
  • Establish clear processes and best practices to ensure consistency and excellence in curriculum development including content development workflows, technical course and certification creation and leveling, UAT and inclusive design reviews.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and data, making necessary improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, sales engineering, and support engineering to identify training needs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Manage and mentor a team of curriculum developers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts, fostering growth and collaboration.
