  • Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition to drive the success of company-wide People initiatives
  • Making impactful hires from entry-level to leadership

  • Eliminating barriers for successful hiring through creative problem-solving
  • Equipping and enabling success through aligning ContactMonkey, internal stakeholders, and the candidate market
  • Creating directional change within hiring perspective/philosophy through presenting data effectively
  • Upskilling Hiring Managers through training on new processes/approaches to the hiring strategy
  • Obsessing with internal metrics to measure performance and success indicators for hiring
  • Delivering top tier candidate experiences through critical thinking, expectation management, professionalism, and knowledge sharing
  • Managing offers with urgency, confidence, and demonstrating a win-win agreement for both parties
  • Analyzing risk at all stages of the candidate pipeline and proactively mitigating using various strategies
