Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • August 14, 2026 contract-vehicle update shows active Army and Air Force primes.
  • February 28, 2026 hired Chris Pateras to drive strategy, growth, and Latin America.
  • July 2026 MAG still touts $243 million DEVCOM C5ISR work and quick-reaction prototyping.

What critics are saying

  • February 17, 2026 GAO dismissed MAG's protest, handing ManTech the $96.5 million NetMod recompete.
  • That loss shrinks MAG's tactical-network footprint and weakens follow-on Army leverage.
  • If Army and Navy recompetes keep moving to ManTech and primes, MAG becomes a subcontractor.

What makes MAG Aerospace unique

  • MAG runs turnkey C5ISR across air, land, maritime, space, and cyberspace domains.
  • Its March 2025 NAWCAD SCI MAC win broadened MAG's naval program access.
  • MAG combines contractor-owned aircraft, PED, and rapid prototyping for tactical edge missions.
