About the job

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience (8+).
  • 5–8+ years of experience in product management and/or technical delivery for complex technical products involving hardware, software, systems, and operational deployment.
  • A background as an engineer earlier in the candidate's career, bringing hands-on technical depth to product decisions alongside strong product management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and align cross-functional teams at scale, driving decisions and outcomes through influence.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear scope, measurable success criteria, and release plans.
  • Experience using data and operational feedback to prioritize, iterate, and improve product performance over time.
  • Ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% to plants, Ford Racing facilities, and supplier sites.
Responsibilities
  • Set product strategy and a multi-release roadmap for ATP additive manufacturing, balancing immediate operational wins with platform scalability and long-term architecture across polymer and metal technologies.
  • Lead discovery with plant, engineering, and Ford Racing partners to identify high-value use cases across prototyping, tooling, spare parts, and production parts; define personas, workflows, constraints, and measurable outcomes.
  • Own the creation and quality of product requirements, including product requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring they span machine and material behavior, software integration, quality and inspection, and operational readiness.
  • Drive cross-functional execution with engineering by prioritizing backlogs, defining minimum viable product scope, managing tradeoffs, and delivering releases for industrial and racing environments.
  • Define and monitor product key performance indicators such as machine uptime and availability, print success rate, throughput and cycle-time impact, cost per part, material utilization, deployment lead time, and total cost of ownership.
  • Lead pilot-to-scale planning, including site selection, rollout playbooks, training, support model, and post-deployment iteration based on machine telemetry and operator feedback.
  • Influence technical and business decisions across stakeholders, aligning on architecture choices, equipment and material sourcing approaches, and the operating model for support, monitoring, maintenance, and calibration.
  • Partner with Purchasing and suppliers to evaluate printer, material, and software solutions and shape vendor roadmaps; establish performance expectations and accountability mechanisms.
  • Define requirements for the digital thread connecting design and simulation, slicing and build preparation, production execution, inspection, and part traceability.
  • Create a forward path for platform evolution across polymer and metal additive technologies while ensuring current decisions do not block future capabilities.
  • Work across other ATP verticals and build print products on a common manufacturing platform.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience delivering additive manufacturing systems in real-world deployments across polymer and/or metal processes, such as fused deposition modeling/fused filament fabrication, stereolithography, selective laser sintering, direct metal laser sintering/metal powder bed fusion, binder jetting, or directed energy deposition.
  • Experience taking products from discovery to prototype to pilot to scaled rollout across multiple sites, including change management and operational readiness.
  • Familiarity with additive manufacturing platform concepts, including build preparation and slicing software, material qualification, process parameters, post-processing workflows, part inspection, and digital-thread traceability.
  • Strong understanding of reliability and serviceability practices for industrial printing equipment, including telemetry, failure modes, spares strategy, maintainability, and support playbooks.
  • Experience with quality and standards practices relevant to additive manufacturing, including process validation, part qualification, risk assessments, and change control.
  • Vendor or supplier management experience, including request-for-x support, supplier scorecards, roadmap alignment, and performance management across printer original equipment manufacturers and material suppliers.
  • Experience supporting motorsports, performance, or rapid-prototyping environments with demanding turnaround requirements.
  • An MBA or master's degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field.

Six high-yield dividend stocks fail the payout test, from Ford to Whirlpool's 9.37% mirage

High dividend yields can hide weak payouts, and a four-step test helps separate real income from traps. It checks earnings with one-offs stripped out, full-year free cash flow against dividends, management's explanation, and whether debt funds the gap. Ford yields 4.99% and shows a trailing EPS of -$1.88, caused by $4.2B in one-time charges. Its debt-to-equity of 4.66 leaves the $0.60 dividend exposed to a downturn. Pfizer yields 6.03%, but its free cash flow yield is 5.60%. Clorox's roughly $405M of free cash flow fell short of about $601M in dividends. Whirlpool fails every step. It cut its quarterly dividend from $1.75 to $0.90 in 2025, paid no common dividend in the second quarter of 2026, and its shares are down 59.48% since the end of 2025. 3M and Dow pass, with payouts now covered by cash.

UPS, Pfizer, Kraft Heinz and Ford dividends at risk as payouts outstrip earnings

Four blue chip companies, UPS, Pfizer, Kraft Heinz, and Ford, may struggle to sustain their dividends, according to an analysis of their earnings, cash flow, and debt. UPS yields 7.02% and pays out about 121% of its GAAP earnings. Pfizer yields 6.10%, with a GAAP payout ratio of about 226%; its 2025 free cash flow of $9.076 billion fell short of $9.771 billion in dividends. Kraft Heinz yields 6.82%, but its trailing GAAP earnings per share are −$2.88 after $7.4 billion in impairments. Ford yields 4.98% after an $8.162 billion loss in 2025, and its debt-to-equity ratio is 4.66. All four companies say their payouts are safe, and each points to adjusted earnings guidance that covers the dividend.

Seven S&P 500 stocks need 200%+ rallies to reclaim all-time highs

Seven major S&P 500 companies with market capitalizations exceeding $20 billion need to rally at least 200% to reach their previous all-time highs, according to Bespoke. The struggling firms include PG&E, PayPal, Ford, Nike, Las Vegas Sands, Zoetis, and Crown Castle. Nike has experienced particularly poor performance, with the company's stock trading at record lows and its dividend yield approaching 5%. Recent quarterly results showed Nike Brand sales fell 4%, online sales dropped 13%, Converse sales declined 28%, and China sales crashed 26%. CEO Elliott Hill indicated that weakness in the sportswear market would persist. PayPal faces intense competition in the payments sector. New CEO Enrique Lores reportedly declined a buyout offer from Stripe and will focus on cost reductions and improving customer experience.
