Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax or related field
  • 3+ years of accounting experience in a public accounting firm and/or corporate tax department
  • CPA or CPA candidate preferred
  • Technical knowledge of tax law and familiarity with ASC 740
  • Exposure to international tax provisions and U.S. compliance for international taxpayers
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance
  • Strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Accounting system experience is a plus (Oracle, Netsuite or similar ERP)
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and review of the quarterly and annual tax provision
  • Assist with the review of U.S. and international income tax returns and estimates
  • Perform tax research as necessary to complete assigned tasks/projects
  • Monitor changes in US accounting standards and U.S. and foreign tax laws
  • Assist with month-end close tasks and account reconciliations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tax guidance and support for various initiatives
