Requirements
  • 3+ years of related experience in programming languages commonly used in application integration using APIs like node-js, python
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, technology, or related technical field or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and understand client requirements to design tailored CPaaS solutions
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of various CPaaS platforms, their features, and integration possibilities
  • Deliver custom solutions using the available API stacks from Vonage and third-party APIs
  • Engage directly with clients to gather technical requirements and constraints
  • Conduct workshops and presentations to showcase the proposed solutions and address client queries
  • Bridge the gap between the technical and non-technical and translate technical concepts so they are understood by the clients and internal stakeholders
  • Wireframe UI based on the requirements captured
  • Define and document detailed technical specifications for custom solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Vonage to identify the use cases for custom build solutions that can promote growth of Vonage API and AI solutions in the market
  • Act as a point of contact for technical support during and after the implementation phase
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with the support team as needed
  • Successfully implement the customised solution
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in CPaaS solutions, emerging API standards, technologies, and practices
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Design Systems (Eg. Material Design) and Design/Prototyping Frameworks such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc
  • Ability to manage and work on multiple customer facing projects
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking and listening
