Responsibilities
  • Recognize Live Nation executives and VIPs to instill appreciation for their patronage.
  • Serve as an information resource for guests regarding their experience in box seating, VIP tables, and music areas.
  • Assist guests with the timing of supporting acts and headliner acts.
  • Assist other positions and communicate effectively with colleagues to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain contact with the manager, bar staff, and server regarding guest arrivals.
  • Continuously observe the VIP area and uphold the ambiance of the VIP or box-seating section.
  • Use articulate vocabulary and adapt communication style when socializing with the audience.
  • Present a professional appearance.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide superior service.

Live Nation backs Creator Nation to acquire and grow creator management firms

Live Nation is launching Creator Nation, a new firm focused on managing and supporting creators in the digital economy. Live Nation posts record Q2 with $7.7B revenue amid legal troubles and monopoly ruling

Live Nation reported second quarter revenue of $7.7 billion, up 9% year-over-year, with operating income of $522 million, up 7%.
