The company's remaining on-premise maintenance base represents a significant conversion opportunity, with each maintenance-to-SaaS transition expected to increase recurring revenue by roughly 1.7 times before additional cross-selling. In its Q2 results reported on 29 July, Tyler Technologies posted adjusted earnings per share of $3.08, beating expectations of $3.06. However, revenue of $645.1 million missed forecasts of $647 million. For the full year, the company expects adjusted EPS between $12.95 and $13.20.
