Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.

Responsibilities
  • Develop timelines for and coordinate Year 2 course and seminar schedules, and maintain a database tracking schedule and content changes in collaboration with the Year 1 Curriculum Coordinator.
  • Develop and maintain Year 2 electronic Canvas pages for each course and the General Information page; post curricular material; provide access to relevant individuals; and coordinate with technology staff to address Year 2 video stream posting issues.
  • Request PowerPoints and related Year 2 course materials from faculty, track submission timeliness, and follow up.
  • Develop and maintain the Year 2 course calendar, including room assignments, and reserve rooms in coordination with the Year 1 Curriculum Coordinator.
  • Develop and maintain Year 2 course student lab group assignments.
  • Assist course directors in developing Year 2 course syllabi and confirm faculty office hours, scholar lists, course leadership, course titles, credits, descriptions, course leader information, and learning activities.
  • Coordinate with both sites, administrators, chairs, course directors, and faculty regarding potential Year 2 schedule and content changes; obtain confirmations, verify faculty availability, update the electronic calendar and Canvas, and inform students of modifications.
  • Assist with coordinating curricular activities, including setup and attendance tracking.
  • Develop a faculty payment database with an embedded timeline; track and collate Year 2 faculty participation in lectures and labs; generate and process guest lecturer payment paperwork; and maintain faculty payment databases and electronic files.
  • Maintain an updated list of Year 2 faculty, their teaching schedules, contact information, and related information; contact faculty who do not arrive on time for scheduled sessions so immediate action can be taken.
  • Serve as backup for the Year 1 Curriculum Coordinator.
  • Assist with proctoring as needed.
  • Perform additional assigned duties.
