Requirements
  • More than 7 years of experience in distributed systems and software development
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Experience with Golang, Python, Vector Databases, and embedding technologies
  • Expertise in designing and building complex systems and solutions
  • Experience in data storage technologies like relational databases, NoSQL databases, and columnar databases
  • Strong understanding of data processing frameworks like Apache Spark, Apache Flink, Apache Beam, or Hadoop MapReduce
  • Knowledge of stream processing frameworks like Apache Kafka or Apache Pulsar

  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)

  • Proficiency in optimizing big data applications for performance and resource utilization

  • Lead the building and scaling of a Product Catalog Service
  • Lead the building and scaling of an Exact Product Matching Service
  • Lead the building and scaling of a Product Search Service
  • Provide inputs on engineering and operational excellence
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve engineering efficiency
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Design, develop, and deploy software solutions
  • Take ownership of complex issues and act as a technical leader
