A Master's degree in a related field is required.

Prior supervisory experience is required.

Ability to pass an FBI and Department of Justice Live Scan background check is required.
Consistent and reliable transportation is required.
Responsibilities
Regularly review clinical work, including assessments and reports.
Evaluate report-writing quality and ensure client, payor, and company requirements are met.
Request report revisions from clinicians when appropriate.
Ensure service delivery and clinical output comply with regulations and standards, and flag areas of concern to relevant parties.
Distribute completed reports and assessments to relevant parties for submission.
Provide feedback to staff members when appropriate.
Document all feedback, revisions, and other pertinent information.
Conduct quality assurance audits and overlaps.
Conduct functional behavior assessments and use assessment tools.
Design Applied Behavior Analysis treatment programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other behavioral disabilities.
Ensure integrity of program implementation.
Monitor treatment-plan effectiveness and modify programs as needed.
Analyze data and create graphs for visual presentation and data analysis.
Provide individualized, client-centered parent training.
Facilitate clinical team meetings.
Model behavior intervention strategies for behavior technicians and caregivers.
Provide supervision, support, and development opportunities to behavior technicians and case supervisors.
Generate and complete progress reports.

Compensation
Hourly Pay equivalent to $85,000 - $100,000 per year

We’re seeking a BCBA Clinical Manager & Quality Consultant.
